Away from screens and strategy decks, I'm usually found somewhere in the woods. Forest walks and treks are my reset button - there's something about being surrounded by trees, light filtering through the canopy, that clears the mind in a way nothing else does. I take my camera along whenever I can, chasing birds, insects, and those brief moments of wild stillness that most people walk straight past. Photography taught me to slow down and look properly - a habit that, honestly, has made me a better designer too.

Back home, the evenings are my favourite kind of chaos. My boys and I play cork badminton together - it gets competitive, it gets loud, and it's brilliant. We game together, chat about everything and nothing, and somehow always end up with a snack and something on the telly. These moments are the ones I look forward to most, and I try to be properly present for them.
