Designing AI That Helps Without Taking Over: The AI Intervention Layer.
how to decide when to intervene, what to say, how to calibrate trust, and how to measure whether the help actually helped. → part 3 of 5
Coming soon..."Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works." -> Steve Jobs
I lead design strategy across complex, high-stakes client engagements - turning ambiguous problems into solutions that hold up under real business pressure, not just in a deck. My craft runs deep in Figma and Sketch, and increasingly in Figma Make and Claude Code, where AI-assisted prototyping and deliberate prompt design let me move from concept to working experience in hours, not weeks. On a recent mobile access-management project for a telecom client, that meant taking a zone-selection flow from concept to a working, testable prototype in under a day - quick enough to sit in the room with stakeholders and let them click through the idea, rather than imagine it from a static screen.
I enjoy mentoring teams and setting the bar for how design gets done - the standards, the habits, the way a team talks through a problem before they solve it. Blending design thinking with front-end skills, I build web and mobile interfaces that earn their place both commercially and creatively. Right now, that means embedding AI-driven rapid prototyping into everyday practice: not as a novelty, but as a genuine accelerant for better decisions, tighter feedback loops, and work that actually ships.
